Lao An System:
The essence of the internal martial and healing arts. Experiencing less back and joint pain is just the beginning of an incredible journey into the depths of body, mind and spirit.
Video Demonstrations (on the left):
The Lao An System comprises the most powerful methods to build up your energy (inner power, "Qi", "Nei Jin") and
to express it in a variety of ways when working with training partners. Fast.

By engaging the mind-body connection, participants arrive at meaningful insights and experience a fundamental shift in their perspectives.

Discover what remains hidden from the masses.

Learn to stand less in your own way.

Optimize your body and mind.

Feel and cultivate your internal energy.

Minimal movement - maximum effect.

Become fluid on the inside and outside.

In special exercise forms, through a focus on subtle bodily signals (interoception) and highly functional body relaxation, the body is brought into a deep unity with the subconscious mind.

By utilizing the flexible, fluid, spring-like elements of the body (bio tensegrity), strength can be released in a truly remarkable way with minimal effort.

Through meditative-interoceptive exercises, you will develop a new relationship with subsystems of your entire body, harmonizing and releasing it deeply (freeing yourself from many issues, such as back pain) while cultivating a completely new quality and effectiveness in all movement.

Psychology & Tai Chi:
(My Therapeutic Vision)

A Fulfilling Path to Self-Improvement and Joy:

Since emotions play a significant role in the unity or separation of body and mind, there are several psychologically relevant aspects that students need to recognize. Uncontrolled emotions such as anger, fear, or other states of psychological-emotional tension manifest as physical tension.

These connections quickly become evident in partner exercises.

In other words:

Achieving deep, functional relaxation states is hindered by emotional tension, which disrupts the flow of Qi and prevents the unfolding of inner strength.

Emotional control does not mean suppressing emotions but bringing them into a state of balance.

Interoception: Self-Observation

By focusing inward, it becomes easier to completely let go of everyday stress and achieve more beneficial emotional states such as relaxation and joy, which then manifest physically as greater strength and stability.

Self-observation and emotional control are essential for the optimal application of inner strength. Students learn to maintain a calm and deeply centered state even under mild stress. Through training, it becomes increasingly possible to remain calm even in challenging life situations.

Becoming Empty: The Art of Receptivity

The Buddhist concept of emptiness ("Kong") involves creating a state of openness and receptivity. It involves freeing the mind from prejudices and the incessant chatter of the inner voice that distracts from the present moment.

The state of emptiness is not a vacuum but a readiness to receive, adapt, and flow with whatever may come from the outside.

In relation to the **development and application of inner strength (Nei Jin, Fa Jin)**, emptiness creates a deeper connection with the universal Qi and enhances the practitioner's ability to channel this energy, change the body, and direct power internally to control the partner in a very unique way.

From the perspective of the controlled partner, it is now necessary to recognize the emotions and physical tensions aroused by the experience of losing control, in order to let go of them and create enough emptiness that control, balance, and one's own inner strength can return.

The internal arts offer a whole world of wonderful new experiences and opportunities for personal development.

From Person to Person:
Human Interaction & Communication

All exercises in LAS are concerned in many ways with human connection and interaction.

We are living in a time of rapid change, increasing digitalization and virtualization, illusions of true connectedness, which can subtly lead us further and further into isolation.

Contact with real people is vital and cannot be replaced by machines.

In therapeutic and fascinating exercises with others, you deepen your self-understanding, learn to communicate with your inner self, and at the same time, increase your fundamental understanding of other people.

LAS also addresses many questions that arise when practicing internal martial arts, such as:

'What are the necessities and methods for establishing a deeper, non-superficial connection with a partner?'

'How to achieve subtle Na Jin?' (Tai Chi Terminology)

LAS teaches a variety of ways to achieve various goals.

Grow with us.
